How to Register EPF Grievance on EPF i-Grievance Management System?
Step 1: Visit the Official website of EPFi-Grievance Management System
Step 2: Click on Register Grievance
Step 3: Select your Status from options like:PF Member,EPS Member,Employer,Others
Step 4:Suppose, if you are a PF Member and if you click on the same, you need to enter the following details:
Universal Account Number
Type the numbers shown in the image and click on Get Details
Step 5:Enter the remaining details like:Name, Email Address and Mobile Number and Click on Get OTP
Step 6:Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number
Step 7:In the next step, enter your grievance details like:grievance related to, grievance category, grievance description and upload the supporting document in PDF format and click on Attach
Step 8:Enter the captcha shown and click on submit
Step 9:Soon after submitting your request, a Unique Registration Number will be sent to your registered email.
Step 10:The EPFO Management will verify your complaint and forward the same to the concerned personnel for resolution

Step 2: Click on View Status
Step 3:Enter your Registration Number, Grievance Password OR Mobile Number/Email ID and Type the numbers shown in the image

Step 5:The status of the complaint will be displayed on the screen
